For our international clients, please take note of the following considerations:
- We are unable to take responsibility for any international taxes and duties that may be charged. We
kindly advise you to be mindful of your country's applicable laws and regulations. - All international orders valued at $600 or more will enjoy free shipping.
- Please note that all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
- Our shipping rates are determined through FedEx and include insurance to safeguard your prized purchases.
- Should an item be lost in transit due to unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that we will credit you the original value of the item. This will be actioned once NUREH has thoroughly investigated the matter and is satisfied with the results of the search.
In the unlikely event of an exchange, please be aware that international taxes and shipping fees will not be refundable. Additionally, any shipping delays are beyond the control of NUREH Jewellery and cannot be attributed to our responsibility.

At NUREH, we strive to ensure that each piece of our jewellery delights and satisfies our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to exchange an item. Here's what you need to know about our exchange policy:
Exchange Timeframe:
- Exchange requests must be made within one week of receiving your item.
- Contact us at info@nurehjewellery.com to initiate the process.
- Once you receive the shipping documents, you have 7 days to return your piece in new and unused condition, with all protective materials intact.
- NUREH does not process refunds, only exchanges.
Shipping and Customs:
- NUREH is not responsible for any shipping or customs costs incurred by the customer for exchanges.
- We will provide shipping documents and a link for you to pay the shipping costs.
- Please keep a note of your return tracking number, located on the documents provided, as we strongly recommend tracking your shipment.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The creation must not show signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition.
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping documents.
- Store credit, valid for 3 months, will be issued if you do not wish to select a new item immediately.
- Any items purchased at a discounted or SALE price are final sales and cannot be returned.
- Engraved, embossed, special order, personalized, or made-to-order creations are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
βAt NUREH, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship, and all our jewellery items are backed by a one-year guarantee against defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery.
Coverage:
- NUREH will repair any breakage caused by a manufacturer's defect within this timeframe at no charge.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, loss of stones, or damage resulting from misuse.
- Repairs outside of these terms will be assessed individually.
How to Request a Repair:
- Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@nurehjewellery.com. Provide details of the item
in need of repair, the nature of the damage, information from the original sales invoice, and your contact details. NUREH will evaluate the repair request on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
Conditions for Repair:
- If you received a defective item, NUREH will cover both the cost of the repair and shipping.
- If the damage occurred under your care, the item may still be repaired, but a fee will apply.
- Shipping charges incurred when sending an item back for repair are the responsibility of the customer.
- NUREH reserves the right to provide a price estimate based on the severity of the repair.
Complimentary Ring Sizing:
- We understand the importance of a perfect fit. NUREH Jewellery offers complimentary ring resizing +/- 2 sizes. Should you require a larger or smaller adjustment, please reach out to our customer service team for pricing information.
